The Logistics Committee played a vital role in the seamless execution of all events and core seminar activities throughout Semester 2. Comprising 11 dedicated members, including the President of the seminar, our team consistently demonstrated coordination, resilience, and behind-the-scenes leadership to support the success of the 2024/2025 HRM/AISM Seminar under the theme “Securing the Future: Data Protection and Cyber Security in HRM.” Each member has individually compiled this portfolio to showcase personal growth, contributions, and lessons learnt, while collectively highlighting the significance of logistics in large-scale academic event planning.

This portfolio includes reflections on three mini events (excluding our own committee’s), analyses of two impactful seminar day presentations, and documentation of individual contributions supported by supervisor verification. The content emphasizes not only the academic and professional value of our seminar experience, but also our collaborative spirit and ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
